The teacher shows three short pieces of advice about teenage sleep: the NHS guidance page, a screenshot of a social media clip claiming you can train yourself to need five hours, and a celebrity advert for a sleep supplement. Each student rates every source in a Microsoft Forms Likert question against four checks: who wrote it, what evidence it cites, whether the author gains from you believing it, and how recent it is. The live summary goes on the board, and the teacher stops on any check where the class rated a source generously, such as the advert scoring well on evidence, and asks students to find the line that misled them. Students end by writing one question they would now ask of any health claim they see online. Students judge the sources, not their own sleep, and the form collects no personal health details.
