The teacher poses the statement 'You should forgive someone even if they have not apologised' and students place themselves on a Mentimeter scale from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The teacher shows the spread, takes two reasons from each end, then introduces Christian teaching on forgiveness: Peter's question in Matthew 18:21-22 and Jesus' words from the cross in Luke 23:34. Students discuss in pairs whether that teaching changes their view and then vote again on a second, identical slide, and the teacher shows the two results one after the other. The teacher uses the shift to question students who moved and those who did not, and students end by writing a 'discuss' answer that includes the Christian view. Students are not asked about their own faith.
