The class is split into groups of four, and each group has one shared Soundtrap for Education project for a 90-second soundscape of a forest at dawn. Each student owns one track and one layer of the scene, such as birdsong building up, wind in the trees, a stream or distant footsteps, recorded with classroom objects or chosen from Soundtrap's loops, and decides how it enters, grows and fades. The group plays the whole piece back, adjusts volumes and timing so the layers build from near silence to full dawn, and saves a copy before trying any big change. Each group plays its finished soundscape to the class, and listeners name the moment where the dawn feels most real. Projects stay inside the school's Soundtrap group.
