The teacher sets the theme 'colours of our school', and children take six to eight close-up photographs around the grounds of things such as a red fire door, a green bench or a yellow line on the playground, with no people in the pictures. In the class's Canva for Education space, each child places the photos on a blank page at one fixed size, as the prints would be, moves them around to try two or three arrangements, and settles on one that balances warm and cool colours. They add a title and hand the collage in to the teacher, who prints a selection for the classroom wall.
