In pairs, students film each other's crouch start in slow motion on a school tablet, side-on, three times each. Each student posts their best clip to a class Padlet set to school login and private to the class, with videos removed at the end of the unit. Pairs then watch three classmates' clips and comment against the teacher's coaching points: hips slightly above shoulders in the set position, a drive from both legs, and a low body angle for the first few strides. The teacher reads the comments, picks the coaching point the class is getting wrong most often, and runs a five-minute drill on it before a final filmed attempt.
