During lesson time, when the grounds are empty, groups visit six spots, such as the sunny wall by the hall, the middle of the field and the shaded corner of the car park, and record the temperature with a thermometer and the wind with a simple streamer score. At each spot they take a 360 photo with the camera held high and no people in view. Back in class, over two lessons, pairs build their part of a CoSpaces Edu tour in the teacher's class account, with one 360 scene per spot, a panel showing the readings and a short recording that plays when clicked, explaining what makes the spot warm, cold or sheltered. The tour is shared within the school only, and the class uses it to choose the best spot for a new outdoor reading bench.
