Over four lessons, a Year 13 class builds a study of lived religion, asking how practitioners' daily practice compares with the teachings the class has studied. Staff arrange and host four video interviews on school Teams accounts, with a rabbi, an imam, a Church of England priest and a Buddhist monk, each of whom gives written consent in advance to being recorded for class use; the whole class attends each call and a student panel asks prepared questions. Recordings stay with the teacher and are not published, and students work from transcripts with names and identifying details, such as the name of a congregation, removed. Each student writes an analysis of one interview against the A-level content it relates to, the class assembles the analyses on a Google Site shared only within the school, and a final seminar has students respond to each other's pages.
