Working in pairs in breakout spaces the teacher can see, students take turns to perform and film a 30-second monologue from the play the class is studying. Each student posts their video to a class Padlet set to school login and private to the class, with videos removed at the end of the unit. Back in the studio, each pair watches three performances and posts one note per performance on a single delivery skill: pace, pause, pitch or projection. The teacher reads the notes as they come in, picks the skill the class is finding hardest, and runs a short warm-up on it before students re-record.
